Our
policies and procedures for handling customer information have been
created with the understanding that there continues to be constant
change in internet technologies. With this change also comes change
in internet business methods to keep up with the technological changes.
As a result, Mt. Calvary Baptist Church's policies and procedures
are subject to change.
As we strive
to provide the services requested by our clients, we constantly,
collect, accumulate and store information and communications that
may be deemed private or sensitive to certain individuals and/or
bodies. Some of this information - such as the customer's name,
address, telephone number, and credit card data - is provided to
Mt. Calvary Baptist Church by its customers to order products. Other
information - such as the customer's account status and customer
logs - is created and maintained by Mt. Calvary Baptist Church in
the normal course of providing service.
Data Security
Mt. Calvary Baptist Church will protect the confidentiality of its
customers' information, account information and personal communications
to the fullest extent possible and consistent with the law and the
legitimate interests of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, its partners,
its employees and other customers of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church's
services. To protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of information
that is collected from customers, Mt. Calvary Baptist Church has
necessary physical, electronic, and managerial procedures in place.
Opt
Out & Modifications
Customers may opt out of receiving notices of new or upgraded products
from Mt. Calvary Baptist Church and Mt. Calvary Baptist Church partners
by sending a request to admin@mcbc.org. In this request to admin@mcbc.org
customers must identify: service purchased from Mt. Calvary Baptist
Church, contact information, and the date the service was purchased.
However, customers may not opt out of receiving information from
Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, which is essential for maintaining or
updating customers' account information.
Disclosure
of customer information and communications
Mt. Calvary Baptist Church will not otherwise disclose its customers'
personal and account information unless Mt. Calvary Baptist Church
has reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary
to identify, make contact with, or bring legal action against someone
who may be causing harm or interfering with the rights or property
of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, its customers, or others, or where
Mt. Calvary Baptist Church has a good faith belief that the law requires
such disclosure.
